PARKING
Parking is available in a council owned car park with direct access to the pub. This car park is pay and display between the hours of 9am and 6pm - Free thereafter.

Do we need to pre order?
No you do not need to pre order. Regardless of booking size we do not accept pre orders, this is because stock is something which is completely out of our control and as such we cannot guarantee all dishes will be available on the day. Therefore your order will be taken at the table at the time of the booking.

What is our booking policy?
DEPOSITS: Bookings of 7 people or more require a deposit of £5 per person (including children) - the deposit is paid online via our booking system and must be paid within 24 hours for the booking to be confirmed, if a deposit is not paid then the booking is automatically deleted by the system. You have up until 24 hours before the booking to notify us of any changes (should there be less people or you need to cancel) in order to get the deposit back, changes thereafter are non refundable which means that we retain the deposit for each person who doesn't show without prior notification.
The deposit comes off the bill on the day - if the whole bill is paid by one person then the full deposit, provided everyone attends, will come off at the end - if paying separately then we will take £5 off each person's meal at the time of payment. Please Note* If one person is having the deposit off their bill, their bill must come to the same or more than the deposit as we cannot refund any difference.
GRACE PERIOD: We have a 30 minute grace period before giving your table away - if you are running late we kindly request you contact us to inform us that you are running late.
SPECIFIC AREAS/TABLES: Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific areas or tables, you may request an area which will be added to the notes on your booking and we will try our best to accommodate this - however we cannot guarantee it because it is all dependant on our bookings on the day.

Do you have disabled access/toilets?
Our pub is all one floor with the exception of the toilets.
Although the pub itself is wheelchair friendly, we do not have disabled access toilets as there is a small step up and narrow corridor into the toilets. Unfortunately as we are a listed building this is something we cannot change.
